Abstract (EN)
Sunday is the weekly religious day in Christianity. Early Christians, who were grown up with the Jewish tradition rituals, gave up the celebration of Sabbath in time and put the day of Sunday, which they believe that is Jesus Christ's resurrection day, in the center of their belief. At first, Christians called the day "the Lord's Day" but nowadays the usage of the word "Sunday" has became more common. How to celebrating Sundays has been changed within years. According to the necessity of the time, the "holiday" meaning become more popular rather than the rituals. However, Sunday keeps the spirit of Easter alive during the whole year and the Easter Sunday, which was named in a special way among other Sundays, form the top of the liturgic year.
