تفسير آية ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ﴾ للشيخ محمد بن عدوان النابلسي كان حيَّاً سنة (1144ه)دراسةً وتحقيقاً

This thesis is directed to the study and investigation of the book of Sheikh Muhammad bin Adwan Al-Nabulsi (he was alive in 1144 AH), in which he dealt with the interpretation of the verse No. (53) from Surat Al-Ahzab, which is mentioned in the blessings of God and His angels to the Prophet, PBUH, and he named it: "Interpretation on a verse (ayah) ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ﴾ Where the book dealt with the interpretation of the verse with a unique approach, and excelled in dividing it into ten requirements that fulfilled most of the vocabulary and meanings of the verse, with the help of different sciences such as: jurisprudence and its origins, hadith and language with all its sciences. The study dealt with a unique copy of the book in the author's handwriting, which is the copy of the Hassan Hosni Library in Turkey (preserved No. 100). The study also followed the historical descriptive approach when researching the author's biography, reviewing the features of the era in which he lived, the events that took place in it, and the most prominent scientific figures. Which led the scientific life at the time, and the study followed the method of investigation and commentary in the investigated section, by copying the text and adjusting it according to modern spelling rules, extracting Quranic verses and hadiths of the Prophet, attributing texts and sayings to their sources, extracting poetic verses and adjusting their texts. The study concluded with results, the most important of which are: the scientific value of Nabulsi's book in the chapter on the interpretation of the verses, as it reflected the reality of the prevailing culture at the time of the author, and the prevailing approach in interpretation. It contains the scholarly personality of the author, although he is not mentioned in biographies, but what he wrote in explaining the verse of prayer upon the Prophet, PBUH, indicates that he has extensive knowledge in many legal sciences, in addition to his mystical references that indicate his moderation, as he controlled the hadiths He commented on it whether it is valid or weak. He rejected many of the Sufis' opinions on the interpretation of Muqattaʿat Letters, and corrected some of them, and this indicates his ability and intellectual independence.
