An application on financing medical services and methods of medical financing in health economy

It is of utmost importance to make use of resources in health care as it is in any financial realm. Financial analysis of medical services is the subject of medical economy. Medical economy brings health care services and financial activities in healthcare together. As the demand for resources climb up, medical financial methods and medical expenses have become the main reasons for the development of medical economy. Medical organizations are not just medical institutions but also structures with financial and social goals. Medical system and financial system are dependent on one another. Financial and social terms have serious significance on medicine. It is required to spend more in order to enhance the quality and quantity of medical services. It is important to determine how and from what resources the financing will be attained if the medical institutions should be able to make up for their expenses regularly. This study focuses on medical history, medicine, medical service, medical service levels, medical expenses, medical economy and medical financing. The application procedure in the study was based on panel data analysis and the impact of such factors as medical expenses, pharmaceutical expenses, gross national expenses, the number of physicians on financial growth rates in the US, the UK, Germany, Japan and Turkey.
