Abstract (EN)

The Hepadnaviridae family includes the hepatitis B virus, a partially double-stranded virus. Anyone may get infected with acute HBV, whether or not they're sick. Symptoms of a significant HBV infection include muscle pains, tiredness, and a lack of energy. The present work focuses on the impact of hepatitis B on liver function tests and a number of biochemical indicators. The results showed a huge discrepancy between the mean Age in (year) and VITB12 scores. However, the statistical significance of the discrepancies between GGT and ALP's approaches is low. Men and women in group A had significantly different mean values for the aforementioned biomarkers than did men and women in group B, who served as controls (P 0.05). According to the Pearson correlation analysis test for connection between VITB12 and other chemical tests, there seems to be a significant association between the R-value and VITB12. (VITB12) exhibited a substantial link with (GGT), however (ALP), GPT, GOT, TG, Tc, and FBS had no correlation with (VITB12). Research shows that viral hepatitis is more prevalent among the elderly and those who are weak in vitamin B12. The GPT and GOT both have substantial statistical differences from the other two groups.
