Abstract (EN)
The study consists of three main sections. Public Private Partnership Model, the conceptual framework of the first chapter, first drawn. After the implementation of Public Private Partnership Model in Turkey has been created the legal framework. Again, in chapter also addressed the use of outsourcing. Public Private Partnership in the implementation within the scope of this section is given in some countries. In the second-to-date information on the health sector in Turkey and flow into the data studied. In the third section of the questionnaire applied to employees working in the health sector in the province of Aydin is located. Data from the survey conducted on a total of 272 people entered and analyzed and interpreted using SPSS 16 program.
