Abstract (EN)

The dissertation study of the Perception of the Twelve Imams in Alawism consists of an introduction and three charters. In the introduction part, the topics what the Alawism and Bektashism are, what are the Alawism-related sources are, what are the differences between the Alawism and Bektashism are and the lives of the Twelve Imams were told.In the first part, the subjects how the Twelve Imams are touched on in the sources including phraseswhich are indispensible items of Alawism and Bektashism, who are the most stressed Imam after the poems and phraseshave been told and how the Imam are perceived, are mentioned about.In the second part, how and how often the Twelve Imams are mentioned in the belief and ritiuals of the Alawism and to what extent they are effective on these beliefs and ritiuals, are told.In the third part, the different perceptions of Alawites about the Twelve Imam and Alawism-which are adopted by the Alawites in today?s world- are summarized.
