Abstract (EN)
Working life can get sometimes become tiresome and oppressive. A combination of many factors can be write on this. Upon professional life, however, may result in burnout state of stress and pressure. With various stages of burnout syndrome, a number of environmental and individual effects are evaluated together. Burnout syndrome and individual prevention methods that environmental factors are considered together easily learning again. Nursing is a profession which exercised by establishing a direct relationship with the strenuous and people. Most of the time it is possible to obtain data on the burnout syndrome. The clinical and administrative tasks undertaken by nurses, but intensive care nurses implement the corrosive tasks. Their duties are under pressure from special characteristics of the patients. Research to determine the levels of burnout, which is the intensive care nurses in Antalya Training Research Hospital, including the case of sample only tried to explain. In this study, the individual factors of intensive care nurses such as burnout, emotional exhaustion, and personal success of desensitization was analyzed for the data subject.
