Abstract (EN)

Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739) lipopolysaccharides (LPS) extracted from this stain were determined to be the most abundant in comparison to the DH5alpha- stain. So, the LPS obtained from E. coli (ATCC 8739) was tested on breast cancer cell lines to see whether it had any impact. LPS treatment has mixed outcomes on the MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines. LPS-treated breast cancer cells also demonstrated up-regulation of Toll-like receptor (TLR) stimulation pathway genes (TLR-4 and NFkβ) and autophagy associated genes (PI3KC3). Toll-like receptor 4 ligand LPS may thereby alter immune responses in many malignancies. It is possible to considerably enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy by using LPS in conjunction with other medicines. Translational oncology research for breast cancer treatment may benefit from the use of LPS, according to our results. The aim of the present study was to evaluate effect of E. coli isolated LPS on various breast cancer cells. ATCC 8739 and DH5alpha- were the two E. coli strains used for LPS isolation. Various biochemical approaches were used to estimate the extracted LPS in terms of both quality and quantity.
