Abstract (EN)
The research was carried out to determine tree development and some fruit characteristics of 15 jujube genotypes that promising genotypes in terms of fruit and yield characteristics in the Denizli/Çivril region. It was determined that the bud swelling, first flowering, full flowering, jujube with red surface area of 25–35% and harvest dates of the genotypes varied from year to year. In both years of the research, genotype 5 had the highest values in terms of both trunk diameter and tree width (respectively, 2021 65 cm, 599 cm; 2022 66 cm, 625.50 cm). In the research, fruit weight 5.59 g (genotype no 14) - 19.91 g (genotype no 10) in 2021, 5.14 g (genotype no 4) - 17.36 g (genotype no 8) in 2022, fruit firmness 1.79 Ib (genotype no 14) in 2021. ) – 3.05 Ib (genotype no 10), 4.04 Ib (genotype no 11) in 2022 – 7.23 Ib (genotype no 12), tree yield 15.65 kg/tree (genotype no 11) in 2021- 100.40 kg/tree (genotype no 5) genotype), 13.60 kg/tree (genotype no 14) - 66.95 kg/tree (genotype no. 5) in 2022, the amount of total soluble solid contents 18.15% (genotype no 7) - 30.70% (genotype no 8) in 2022 18.37% (genotype no 5) – 33.60% (genotype no 7), total phenolic contents amount 0.669 mg GAE/100 g (genotype no 5) in 2021 – 3.131 mg GAE/100 g (genotype no 10), 0.837 mg in 2022 GAE/ 100 g (genotype no 5) – 3.914 mg GAE/100 g (genotype no 10), total flavonoid content 0.509 mg CE/100 g (genotype no 7) – 0.885 mg CE/100 g (genotype no 10, 0.728 mg CE/100 g (genotype no 7) – 1.266 mg CE/100 g (genotype no 10) in 2022, total antioxidant capacity 0.415 mmol TE/ g (genotype no 7) – 0.855 mmol TE/g (genotype no 2) in 2021 varied between 0.836 mmol TE/g (genotype no 7) and 1.580 mmol TE/g (genotype no 10) in 2022.
