Abstract (EN)

In Turkish literature, mecmuas are important sources because they provide information about the social and cultural life of the period, as well as mentioning many poets. There were also poets who were not included in the sources or did not become the focus of attention in their period, and took place in the magazines. The subject of our study is the examination of Mecmua-i İlahiyât, registered at number 10715 in the Turkish Manuscripts Collection of the Istanbul University Rare Works Library, in terms of form and content. Accordingly, the transcription and prose translation of the mecmua were made and examined in terms of form and content. Although the majority of the poems in the examined mecmua are in Turkish, Arabic and Persian poems were also encountered. 198 poems belonging to 62 poets were identified. In the general sense of the poets in the mecmua, XIV.-XVIII. It is noteworthy that he was chosen among the poets of the 19th century. While ghazal and murabba are the most used verse forms in the mecmua, muhammes and qasida verse forms are also preferred. It is aimed to contribute to the field in terms of the poets and poems it contains.
