The Role of Teachers and Administrators Over the Factors that Makes School Environment Insecure

The main objective of this research is to determine the school administrator?s and teacher?s effect over the school safety.In this research, the first section is about the introduction, problem condition, problem proposition, secondary problems, research?s objective, research?s importance, sayıltılar, definitions and restraints. The second section is about the literature. The third section is about the style of the research, the model of the research, the environment and the illustration, the gathering and analyzing the data. The fourth section is about the findings and comments. The fifth section is about the conclusion and suggestions.The research?s environment is the students and the teachers which are learning-teaching at İstanbul Anatolian side Kadıköy, Maltepe and Kartal districts. Samples are randomly chosen 150 teachers and 350 students (500 people total) which are from secondary education establishments in this environment. The data was gathered from the students and teachers by using a survey which was created from various sources. This survey?s main objective was to determine the school administrator?s and teacher?s level of positive or negative effects over the school safety. Before making comments about the results of the survey, all concepts about this research are explained. In this research, concepts about security, theorems and ideas about these concepts are used. Also the studies and researches about school safety in our country and in other countries are referred.The research?s data was analyzed with the SPSS statistic program. The gathered data analyzed with frequency (N), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (x), standard deviation (Ss), degree of freedom (Sd), t-Test and variance (Anova), Post-Hoc Schefe tests. The difference between the groups were tested at p<0.05 degree. All findings were discussed and some suggestions were made.
