Abstract (EN)

In this study, the folios between 1 and 47 of a poetry miscellany, which is registered with no. 68 in Ali Nihad Tarlan Collection, Suleymaniye Library of Manuscripts, has been examined. According to the note found in the last pages of the miscellany, its scribe is Seyyid Mehmed, son of Seyyid Mehmed Said from Daghestan. The miscellany was scribed with the title of Cemʿ al-Nezair in 7 Ramadan 1151 / 1738. In the part of the miscellany that I have examined, there are 209 poems pertaining to 55 different poets, most of who lived in the sixteenth century. This study covers the transciption of the miscellany, intralingual translations of the poems in it and physical descriptions of the folios between 1 and 47 from the miscellany. Having transcribed the transcription and intralingual translation, the text of the miscellany has been examined in terms of content. In the end of the study, a glossary consisting of unknown words in our study has been added. Key Words: Miscellany, poetry, divan, poet
