Temeli Allah inancına dayanan hayat felsefelerinin tümünde yaratılmışların Allah'a doğru yönelimleri söz konusu olup, duanın insanı Allah'a yakınlaştıran bir fonksiyon icra ettiği görülmektedir.
The Annotation Written By The Jurist Sheikh Ahmed Bin Muhammed Al-Sawy (D. 1241 H.) On the Work Titled "Şerhu'd-Derdîr Li Tuhfeti'l-İhvân Fî İlmi'l-Beyân", is considered one of the most important books written in this section, and this book is one of the books prescribed for teaching students engaged in Balagat in the thirteenth century AH. To teach the beginners, the sheikh worked through his comments to clarify what is confusing to the reader, and the sheikh presented the issues in the cap, and explained what he said about them, citing verses, hadiths, and poetic verses, and he intended to support his saying by quoting scholars in this section, and the Annotation is not devoid of warnings and presentation issues and disputes, discuss them and give an answer to them. As for my work, I searched for copies, and I found only one copy, which is in the author's handwriting, so I worked on transcribing it, fixing the text, commenting on the text in the footnotes, from commenting on the words, fixing the verses and writing them in the Ottoman drawing, extracting the hadiths, extracting the poetic verses and attributing the poetry to its poets, attributing the sayings to their authors and the books. After that, I put a conclusion in which there are results; Sheikh Al-Sawy is considered one of those who have abundant and praiseworthy luck in the field of composition. Through investigation and study, the sheikh's capacity in the science of Balagat became clear to me, and this was through his handling of footnotes and his presentation of issues. Al-Sawy was creative in his presentation of scientific material from the beginning of his book to its end. The book was written at the request of some students, and the book was full of valuable information, by presenting scientific issues and alerts. The book is designed to teach beginners. Because he did not detail the saying in it, but nevertheless it is useful for the end to see some scientific materials in the generality of rhetoric. The book presents an important aspect of authorship in the way of footnotes. It became clear through the investigation that the sheikh relied in most of his scientific material on the definitions and explanations of Sheikh Abd al-Qaher al-Jurjani in his books, and then al-Sakaky and al-Qazwiny, so the book was full of comprehensive scientific material. The book gives a picture of authorship in the science of Balagat in the era of the author, and how scientific material is presented by scholars to students. After that, I wrote recommendations: As for the recommendations: Take care of Islamic heritage books, because they are the raw material for this culture and it preserves its identity. Taking care Balagat books and their annotations because they help students and scholars to extract scientific material clearly.
The purpose of this dissertation is to study and investigate " Qurrat Al-Anzar Ala Sharh Tanweer Al-Absar " by Imam Abi Al-Tayyib Al-Sindi (d. 1149 AH), and the scope of the study is determined by the beginning of the book of Al-Walaa to the end of the book of AL-Qismah. The importance of this study comes from the status of the annotated book, as the book is one of the explanations of the book "Tanweer Al-Absar and Jami' Al-Bahar" by Imam Muhammad bin Abdullah Ibn Al-Tamartashy Al-Ghazi Al-Hanafi (d.: 1006 AH), one of the most important jurisprudential texts in the Hanafi school of jurisprudence. It includes most of the rules of Hanafi jurisprudence, in which its author collected a number of considered jurisprudential texts, such as: Mukhtasar al-Qadri, Mukhtasar al-Tahawi, and Kitab al-Waqi`ah, so it became a basic reference in the madhhab adopted by the Hanafi jurists and others. As for Al-Sindi's footnote on this book, it was interesting and useful because it contained important quotations from the Hanafi imams and others on the studied issues, and what the footnote proved from the fatwas of these sayings and what he had to do and give the fatwa. In addition to unique author weightings. His method was distinguished by good presentation and organization, as the jurisprudential chapters are divided into branches and benefits, in which he presents the sayings of the imam and the Hanafi imams, and chooses the most likely ones, and sometimes touched on other doctrines such as the Shafi'i school, and this study relied on three written copies of the manuscript, some in Turkey and some abroad. The study followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the imams: Al-Hasfaki, Al-Sindi, and Al-Tamratashy, presenting their scientific and biographical biographies, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigated text. The most important findings of this study were as follows: That the book included the fatwa in the doctrine and he was not bound by the saying of the imam, but rather he took from the sayings what he saw as more correct or he himself preferred, so he had his own diligence, and he often mentioned the supports for what he chose and preferred, just as he was not committed to the words of the author of the text Al-Tammartash and the commentator Al-Hasafaki and disagreed with them on issues Many, and sometimes he used to rectify them, just as Al-Sindi did not neglect any of the opinions, so he took the opinions of the latecomers, such as including the benefits of the endowment and the orphan's money, which is intended for exploitation by force, so the author's ingenuity appeared in his weightings and his jurisprudential choices. As for his sources, he relied on various sources that included the mothers of books The Hanafis, such as: Al-Hidaya, Multaqa Al-Abhur, Tabyeen al-Haqayek, Sharh Al-Ainy, Al-Walagiya Fatwas, and others, were quoted from books that are still in manuscript, such as: Tafseel Iqd Al-Faaraid by Ibn Al-Shehna, on which the author relied a lot in his explanation, and the book "Hashiyah Ala Minah Al-Ghaffar" by Khair Al-Din Al-Ramli, and the book "Kashf Al-Ramz" by Al-Husseini, and the book "Munyat al-Mufti by Al-Sijistani and so on. Al-Sindi did not abound in reasoning with the Holy Qur'an or with the hadiths of the Prophet, and he did not exceed four hadiths, just as he did not rely on language books except in two places in his book, and the book as a whole is a comprehensive jurisprudential encyclopedia of the correct opinions of the Hanafi masters, and he reached a great status so that all the Hanafis who came after him relied on The Sindhi book. Keywords: Jurisprudence (Fiqh). Qurrat Al-Anzar. Abu al-Tayyib al-Sindi. Tanweer Al-Absar. Radd al-Muhtar.

The aim of this thesis was to study and investigate a brief book about the different and different in the names and titles of poets by Al-Amdi (d. 370 AH), which was written by Sheikh Ibrahim bin Mustafa, famous for Wahdi Al-Roumi (d. 1126 AH), contained biographies of some poets that we can only find in it, and Sheikh Wahdi added to it what was inadvertently omitted by Al-Amdi or what was mistaken in it by correction or distortion. This study used two written copies: the first is a library copy Noor Osmaniye (preserved No. 4983), and the second is the copy of Asher Effendi Library (preserved No. 439). The study followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the author and his scientific biography, and the method of investigation and commentary in the verified text by copying the manuscript copies, adjusting and comparing them, and attributing the narrations to its approved sources. The most important results of this study are the following: Imam Wahdi Al-Roumi is one of the encyclopedic scholars who wrote in most of the sciences, and is characterized by a unique mentality through which he was able to abbreviate many books, including: Al-Amidi's book, and the author was not just an abbreviator, nor was he A follower of all that Al-Amdi went to, but rather added what Al-Amdi omitted in the lineage of some poets, and he also has unique jurisprudence in which he contradicted Al-Amdi, and he did not follow his path in some places, following the sayings of other scholars, and this is a matter of difference of opinion and divergence of points of view. Sheikh Wahdi in many places relied on other sources than Al-Amidi's book to add some comments on the life of the poets, such as mentioning some verbal differences or what was said of praise or disparagement of the poet, or referring to a virtue or some news. The author Al-Amidi agreed not to mention details about the famous poets such as: Jarir, Jamil Buthaina, Imru' al-Qais and al-Asha, and other who are frequently mentioned in the books of Arabic literature. Sheikh Wahdi made mistakes while correcting the lineages of poets, but this does not diminish the scientific value of the book, since his corrections on Al-Amdi are important and deserve study and consideration.
The Paradox In The Poetry Of Ibrahim Al-Waeli, A Stylistic Study The linguistic and stylistic studies are among the literary studies that took a wide scope until it became the indispensable necessity for the development and nourishment of the "literary text" in its various colors. Modern language teaching methods, due to their holistic approach, perform a task that literary and modern text research cannot stay away from in revealing the true meaning of literary texts. This message included many contents of stylistic paradox that attracted the beauty in Al-Waeli's poetry as an artistic strategy that enables him to extend his vision of the world. However, the importance of the research lies in the modernity of this type of study adopted by the researcher, as well as the new method adopted by the poet in formulating his literary output by employing and including paradox with different elements and references and in a new rhetorical style that made his poetic texts of high artistic value carrying many linguistic connotations be it musical or rhetorical. As for the approach adopted in the study, it is the analytical stylistic approach. Because it is the appropriate approach in this type of study, in order to enable the researcher to reveal the paradoxes he found in the poet's diwan and analyze them stylistically. The most important findings of the study are that the poet was one of the most prominent poets of the seventies of the last century and a pioneer of poetry in that era, not only at the level of Iraq, but also at the local and Arab levels. This is due to what distinguished this great linguistic heritage in the poet's poetry, from high eloquence, fine style, wonderful artistic construction, and linguistic portrayal in a distinctive style. Keywords: Arabic Language. Al-Balagah (Rhetoric). Style. Paradox. Linguism, Ibrahim Al-Waeli.
This book carries a hard criticism of the political, religious and social classes. It dealt with political power and its oppression, and singled out bribed judges with a fierce criticism, explaining their paths to reach worldly pleasures and collect money at the expense of justice and the weak among the people. As for the religious authority, it had the largest share, as it launched a relentless campaign against sheikhs and religious scholars. Those who stripped themselves of the garments of mercy, followed the devils in their deception, followed evil and pleasures, violated the taboos, and devoured the orphan's money, while they conceal themselves with religion. The author of the manuscript also dealt with social ills such as arrogance, arrogance, miserliness, stinginess, and corruption of doctors, and the criticism directed does not deal with the bad side only, as he praised the righteous and divine scholars, and on generosity and generosity, and urged to provide for the Day of Resurrection, and desired the afterlife and good deeds. All these articles, with their titles and criticism, were clothed by the author in the dress of luxurious language, and anecdotes of difficult words, so he made the Qur'an, the noble hadith, the customs of the Arabs, their proverbs, and their legends a means to reach his goal, and his interest in including the Qur'an and Arabic proverbs exceeded everything else. As for the author's approach, he followed the method of allusion and allusion, one of his most important methods in articles. In this way, the reader understands verses of poetry intended by the author without mentioning them, hadiths of the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, without uttering them, and legends that the reader seeks to search for after mentioning a fine thread of them. As a result of the research, the author had a very clear interest in the languages of the Arabs, the opposites of words, the Arabized or the foreign. This manuscript has the same style as the first Arab linguists. His method in the articles makes the reader feel bad at first glance. Because no sentence can be understood without reference to basic sources and dictionaries. One of the things that this work has brought us is that it makes us feel the regression and weakness we have fallen into due to our neglect of the language of the Qur'an. Keywords: Arabic language. Itbaq Al-Atbak. Articles. Sheikh al-Islam. Al-Alaiyyah.
The images of culture in every society are the interface that represents that society and conveyed by those who transmit it. The reader here will find the images of Andalusian culture, which the researcher extracted through Arabic literature in that country and from poetry in particular, which is represented between the years 541 and 898 AH, and what is known for Andalusian poetry as description, nature, and image, and what was known about the Andalusians as their intense fondness for nature, and they exaggerated its description. So the nature was a meeting point for eyes and hearts in the Andalusian poetry. It is rare to find an Andalusian poet who did not utter the poetry of nature, as they used to present their poems with introductions describing the nature of Andalusia, similar to the oriental poets who used to open their poems by standing on the ruins and crying. The description of nature was clear to them in most of their poetic purposes, and their poems expressed their intense love and attachment to their homeland. These poets did not stray far from the poets of the East, so the meanings and ideas they presented in their poems were clearly influenced, and this is evident in their poems. And this is normal, the relationship between them has not been interrupted. Andalusians looked at literature in the East with respect and appreciation. They consider it an example, as it is an integral part of their literature.
