Abstract (EN)
Different cultures have shown that cultural interaction from the moment they begin to come into contact with each other is not dependent on either the political power or the geographical boundaries. Different cultures were influenced by each other in the proportion they contacted, and they reflected this effect on all areas of human interest such as art, philosophy, literature and science. In this way, every product that emerged as a result of the interaction of cultures gained a multicultural structure. In this sense, the Traditional Turkish Theater, which reflects the cultural values and differences of the lands in which it was executed and especially the geography of Anatolia, which is an intersection of cultures, has a multicultural character. In this study, it is aimed to determine the traces of multiculturalism in Traditional Turkish Theater. As a result of the study, it has been determined that Traditional Turkish Theater, which has a multicultural nature, blends the cultures it encounters with, and it has become more culturally colorful with decreasing the limits of the borders as the centuries progress. Key Words: Multiculturalism, Theater, Traditional Turkish Theater.
