Abstract (EN)

This research study aims at explaining the birth, marriage, death traditions including the related belives, ceremonies and felicitations, public believes, folk kitchens, floklore, anonymous folk literature products and wandering minstrel literature which are the transition periods in Göksun District of Kahramanmaraş Province.The first section deals with the folk culture and then after the information coming from the written resources, the information from oral resources is given. Later on, the relations of customs and believes coming from the oral resources and based on this information with old Turkish culture and the evaluation of them are assessed and fixed.The second section is about the anonymous folk literature. In this section, verse, verse prose, prose anonimous folk literature are examined. At the end of each section, format and content evaluation are realized.The third section is related to wandering minstrel literature. Some samples of modern and old minstrels, their poems are given related to Göksun environment.As a result in Göksun folk literature, the traces of the structure of believes and cultures of both Central Asia and Anatolia are reached.
