Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to analyse repair composite and shear bond strength and the duration of bond strengths under in vitro conditions between full ceramic upper construction and zirconium lower construction materials in samples in which three different repair sets were used via two different repair application methods in the direct intraoral direct repair of zirconium sub-structured ceramic systems. In line with this aim, Schmitz-Schulmeyer sizes according to the method, full sintered 30 zirconium blocks measuring 5.00 mm in length, 5.4 mm in width and 13.0 mm in height; 30 full ceramic IPS EmpresII blocks measuring 4.00 in length, 5.4 mm in width and 3.00 in height; and, as control group porcelain which had the same measurements with the above mentioned ceramics made via brush masonry method over 10 zirconium block used in the study. All the samples were applied with the surface preparation process suggested by the producing firms in Bisco, Clearfil and Cimara zirconium repair sets. Repair processes in accordance to two different methods were completed via restoration by applying repair composite at the measure of the sample ceramics over the surfaces of the zirconium samples making full ceramic cementation with Panavia F 2.0 resin cement. After the polymerization, if any, cement residuals were cleared off, and the smothering, polishing and finalization processes were made by the Sof-Lex polishing system. Samples, on which repair processes were applied, were left in distilled water for 1 day. For these samples, the samples were subdivided under 7 sub-groups every of which including 10 samples. After the samples had been processed with 5000-circling thermal ageing method, they were put into Universal Test Gadget to apply `Shearing Test?. Attained data were evaluated with the ONE WAY ANOVA analysis and compared with the Tukey HSD and Dunnet Tests. In the meantime, in order to analyse the differences stemmed from the surface preparations made by the repair sets and fractured surfaces, stereo microscope and SEM imaging were made. At the conclusion of our study, the highest experiment conclusion value was measured in control group with 273.1 N, while the lowest was measured in ZBK experiment group with10.81 N in terms of Strength parameter. The highest experiment conclusion value was measured in ZCK experiment group with 87.4 scd., while the lowest was measured in ZBS experiment group with6.3 scd. in terms of duration parameter. In repair sets made with ceramic, the highest bond strength was shown by Cimara zircon, while the highest strength duration was shown by Clearfil repair set; In repairings made with composite, the highest bond strength was shown by Clearfil repair set, while the highest strength duration was shown by Clearfil repair set; In Bisco repair set, the highest bond strength was shown by ceramic repair method, while the highest strength duration was shown by the repair method made with composite; ın Clearfil repair set, the highest bond strength and the highest strength duration were shown by the repair method made with composite; in Cimara zircon repair set, the highest bond strength and the highest strength duration were shown by the repair method made with composite. Key Words: 1. Zirconia 2. Veneer ceramic 3. Composite 4. Fracture 5. Repair
