Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to study the change and effect of some hormones on Iraqi girls in adolescence and how they affect the ovaries, as well as the effect of some heavy metals such as lead and cadmium on the uterus and their effect on the ovaries. This study will include two groups, the first group consisted of 40 healthy people and the second group consisted of 80 patients with (PCOS). Age and FSH, LH had significant clinical significance for women with PCOS. So was the testosterone. estradiol. AMH and Catalase are statistical, but at lower levels. For cadmium and Pb, they were not statistically significant. There was no statistical significance or differences for women with PCOS. There is a need for more study in this matter.
