In this thesis study, transcription of no 3 Amasya Shariasʻ Registry from 1634 – 1635 (H. 1044) it focused on grading and evaluation of the documents in the book. The thesis is consists of three parts. Giving brief information about history of Amasya in the first part, it mentioned content and general features of Shariasʻ Registry and touched upon importance of Shariasʻ Registry in terms of ottoman History. In the second part, giving informations about Amasya Shariasʻ Registry and no three Amasya Shariasʻ Registry and making classification and evaluation of records. In the third part, giving transcription of record, in the light of the information obtained from the documents coming from the center to the province in the title of discussion. How to overcome the organization of expeditions during the expedition of Amasya is explained by giving examples. Out of these sections after the part of the evaluation, the result section, bibliography and finally the supplementary documents of the thesis are included. The registration number is shown next to each page number in the notebook to help the reader 1/1, 1/2, 2/1, 2/2. The first number refers to the page number and the second number to the registration number in here. When transcription of the reviewed Shariasʻ Registry book is being made with the rules of Turkish spelling, Ayn (ع) is shown with (ʻ), elif (ا) and hemze (ء) are showed with apostrophe (') letters are showed with this sign (^). Attempts to minimize reading errors in transcription unread words are shown with … places where the clerks leave the speces are shown with (space) unclear words are shown with (?).
